NAI Elrod Group is a commercial real estate brokerage serving Athens and Northeast Georgia. We specialize in leasing, sales, acquisitions, and tenant representation for office, retail, industrial, medical, multifamily, and land properties across Athens-Clarke, Oconee, and surrounding counties.
Our story starts in 2008, when the real estate market was at its lowest. While most people in the industry were looking for the exits, our founder, Brian Elrod, saw opportunity. After years in the competitive Metro-Atlanta market, Brian moved his family to Athens — drawn by the area’s untapped potential and strong economic fundamentals. He built a reputation on hard work and smart deals, and by 2017, he’d opened his own brokerage.
In 2022, NAI Elrod Group was recognized as one of the top 1% of NAI brokers worldwide.
